Philip Henry Rubottom, 92, of Crete, was born Dec. 31, 1931, and passed away Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, Nov. 19, from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Crete VFW. Condolences may be left for the family at Aspenaftercare.com.
