Open house for $1 million W-C ag building

A few years ago, Wilber's Lambert Zoubek donated more than $1 million to make Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools' new agriculture building a possibility. The building, which gives students the opportunity to raise live animals in class, was finished in 2019. However, due to COVID-19 and changes in instructors at the school, W-C pushed the open house date to April 26 of this year. Read this week's edition of the Wilber Republican to learn about Zoubek's reason for donating and all the new learning activities the building has already provided for students.
