Mayor Dave Bauer called the meeting of the City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. Answering roll call were the following Council Members: Crisman, Frans, Newmyer, Strehle, Papik and Fitzgerald. The following actions were taken at the meeting: Public Hearing was held on Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) services.
