Present were Pribyl, Kyle Frans, Anthony Fitzgerald, and Dale Strehle. Phil Hardenburger and Russ Karpisek were absent. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on September 16, 2026, in compliance with State Statutes. Pribyl advised those present of the open meetings act posted at the back of the room; Approved agenda as presented; Approved minutes from previous meeting; Approved 2026/2027 budget; Approved a 1% increase in 2025-2026 Restricted Funds Authority; Approved request for Audit Waiver; Approved signing Blobaum & Busboom, P.C. agreement; Approved Claim #9 as presented; Crete News, Publication, $21.36; LARM, Ins.
