This is a synopsis of the Saline County Board of Equalization’s July 22, 2025, meeting proceedings. A complete set of the proceedings is on file in the Board of Equalizations’ Journal, is of public record in the Saline County Clerk’s office and on our website www.salinecountyne.gov. SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION The meeting of the Saline County Board of Equalization opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, by Chairperson Stephanie A. Krivohlavek. Present were Krivohlavek, Russ Karpisek, Brian Pribyl, Phil Hardenburger and Ray Rohrig Commissioners, and County Clerk Diann Nettifee. Notice of said meeting was posted in the County Clerk’s office and published in all three county newspapers on July 16, 2025, in compliance with State Statutes. Krivohlavek advised those present we will abide by the open meetings act posted at the back of the room, all proceedings are electronically recorded and to please silence phones; Approved agenda as presented; Approved minutes of July 8, 2025 meeting; Approved 3-Year Plan of Assessment; Approved Report of Damaged Real Property 2025-01; There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 a.m. The next meeting will be Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 9:15 a.m., in the Saline County Commissioners' Room, Court House, Wilber NE.
