This is a synopsis of the Saline County Board of Commissioners October 28, 2025, meeting proceedings. SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The meeting was called to order at 9:32 a.m. by Vice Chairperson Russ Karpisek. Present were Karpisek, Ray Rohrig, Brian Pribyl and Phil Hardenburger Commissioners, County Attorney David Solheim, Deputy County Clerk Dee Drake and Clerk Diann Nettifee. Commissioner Stephanie A. Krivohlavek was absent.
