SPECIAL MEETING Crete City Council City Hall August 24, 2021 (Condensed, entire copy available at the office of the City Clerk). Mayor Dave Bauer called the meeting of the City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. Answering roll call were the following Council Members: Oelschlager, Frans, Strehle and Sears. Absent: Hinz. The following actions were taken at the meeting: The City Council: • Approve the plans, specifications and engineers estimate to extend water and sewer mains to West Crete under BNSF on Arizona Avenue and set a bid date for September 16th and 10:00 AM. Unanimous. • Approve the agreements with BNSF for crossing the right of way with the water and sewer extensions to West Crete on Arizona Avenue. Unanimous. • The meeting was adjourned at 5:15pm.
