SALINE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The special meeting of the Saline County Board of Commissioners was called to order at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30th, 2019, by Chairperson Marvin A. Kohout. Present were Kohout, Janet J. Henning, Phil Hardenburger Russ Karpisek and Stephanie A. Krivohlavek, Commissioners, and County Clerk Daryl Fikar. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the approval of resolution #2019-060, transferring $28,000.00 from the Inheritance Tax Fund to the General Fund, to be reimbursed when funds are available. Notice of said meeting was posted on July 26th, 2019, in the County Clerk’s Office, in the Wilber, NE, the Post Office and in the First State Bank Nebraska in Wilber, NE. Let the record show that all proceedings are electronically recorded. Kohout advised those present of the open meetings law posted at the back of the room. Krivohlavek moved to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Hardenburger. Voting aye were Henning, Krivohlavek, Karpisek, Kohout and Hardenburger, nays none, motion carried. Krivohlavek moved to approve Resolution #2019-060, seconded by Henning. Voting aye were Karpisek, Krivohlavek, Hardenburger, Henning and Kohout, nays none, motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:02 a.m. The next regular meeting will be on August 6th, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in the Saline County Commissioners’ Room, Courthouse, Wilber, NE.
