Robert Melvin Wolesensky, Sr. passed away on his 90th birthday, Dec. 19, 2021, in Georgetown, Texas.
He was born on the family farm in Dorchester on Dec. 19, 1931, to William Wolesensky and Rose Wolesensky (nee Ruzena Havlikova), the youngest of four children. He was united in marriage with Camille Mary Fountain on Feb. 1, 1952, at St. Paul’s Methodist Church in Lincoln. Together, Robert and Camille raised five children on the Dorchester farm.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Camille (in 2017); his treasured father, William, and his mother, Rose, as well as his three siblings, Wilma Rejcha, Henry Wolesensky and Alice Duffek. He is survived by his five children, Gay, Bobette, Julie, Bill and Bob Jr., 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
A private funeral service was conducted.
