Hemphill intends to construct a communications facility at an address TBD County Road 1300, Dorchester, Saline County, Nebraska (Latitude: N 40° 38’ 51.94” and Longitude: W 97° 08’ 20.95”). The facility will include a guyed telecommunications tower with an overall height of 199 ft. and associated equipment. Hemphill is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
