PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of Crete, Nebraska, is soliciting bids for farm ground located on Municipal Property (PID 760062498). There is approximately 8 acres of arable land. Successful bid will be for a term ending February 28, 2029. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the City Clerk’s office prior to June 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., in person or by mail at: City Clerk 243 East 13th Street Crete NE 68333 All sealed bids must be submitted with a check for the first-year payment. The unsuccessful bidders will have their checks returned after the bids are opened. The City of Crete reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities in bidding.
