PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to law that a vacancy exists in the elective office of Council member for the Third Ward of the City of Crete, Saline County, Nebraska; that the unexpired length of the term of office is three (3) years and four (4) months; and that, as provided by law, a qualified registered voter of the City of Crete shall be nominated by the Mayor to fill the vacancy created, subject to approval of the City Council.
