NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the City of Crete, Nebraska, is soliciting bids for the farm ground located on the Municipal Airport of Crete, Nebraska. Bids will be for a FIVE YEAR period. Bids will be submitted to the City Clerks office prior to Bid opening on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the City Hall, 243 East 13th Street, Crete, Nebraska. Bidding is available for five separate farm tracts with maps and legal descriptions available at the City Clerk’s office. All bids must be submitted with a check for the first-year payment. The unsuccessful bidders will have their checks returned after the bids are opened. The City of Crete reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities in bidding.
