NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE You are hereby notified that the following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, by Eric H. High St, in the City of Wilber, NE 68465, at 09:30 AM for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Mauricio A. Bonilla Martir and Sayra F. Interiano, a married couple, as Trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Beneficiary, as nominee for City Bank & Trust Co., its successors and assigns as Beneficiary, and City Bank & Trust Co., a Nebraska Banking Corporation as Trustee.
