NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT Notice is hereby given that a Termination of Notice of Commencement was recorded with the Saline County Register of Deeds on March 3, 2025, at Instrument No. 2025-00296 terminating the Notice of Commencement recorded with the Saline County Register of Deeds on April 10, 2024, at Instrument No. 2024-00466 against the real property legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, Burlington Estates, City of Crete, Saline County, Nebraska. The Termination of Notice of Commencement was filed by the contracting owner, HPR Investments, LLC, whose address is 2215 Lothrop Lake Circle, Crete, NE 68333. The fee simple owner of the above-described property same as the contracting owner. The Notice of Commencement is terminated as of April 4, 2025.
