NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 2099 IN PAMPHLET FORM Public Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Crete, Nebraska (the "City") held at 6:00 p.m. on October 15, 2019 there was passed and adopted Ordinance 2099 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRETE, NEBRASKA RELATING TO THE DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS; TO CLARIFY THE OVERSIGHT AND SUPERVISION OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS; AND TO RESTRUCTURE THE METHOD OF APPEALING THE ENFORCEMENT OF ANY BUILDING OR ZONING REGULATION. Said Ordinance has been published in pamphlet form, and copies of said Ordinance as published in pamphlet form are available for inspection and distribution at the Office of the City Clerk in the City.
