NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 2098 IN PAMPHLET FORM Public Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Crete, Nebraska (the "City") held at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2020 there was passed and adopted Ordinance 2098 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRETE, NEBRASKA RELATING TO FIRE REGULATIONS; TO REPEAL CONFLICTING PROVISIONS AND RENUMBER SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 7, ARTICLE 2 OF THE CITY CODE; TO AMEND SECTION 7-301 RELATING TO OUTDOOR BURNING REGULATIONS; TO IMPOSE LIMITATIONS ON OUTDOOR BURNING; AND TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS. Said Ordinance has been published in pamphlet form, and copies of said Ordinance as published in pamphlet form are available for inspection and distribution at the Office of the City Clerk in the City.
