NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 2092 IN PAMPHLET FORM Public Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Crete, Nebraska (the "City") held at 6:00 p.m. on September 17, 2019 there was passed and adopted Ordinance 2089 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRETE, NEBRASKA ADOPTING THE BUDGET STATEMENT TO BE TERMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL; APPROPRIATING SUMS FOR NECESSARY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; ORDERING PUBLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR A TIME WHEN THE ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. Said Ordinance has been published in pamphlet form, and copies of said Ordinance as published in pamphlet form are available for inspection and distribution at the Office of the City Clerk in the City.
