NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 2073 IN PAMPHLET FORM Public Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Crete, Nebraska (the "City") held at 6:00 p.m. on January 15, 2019 there was passed and adopted Ordinance 2073 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRETE, NEBRASKA, TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF CRETE, CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATIVE, ARTICLE 3 APPOINTED OFFICIALS, SECTION 1-307 APPOINTED CITY ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; ORDERING THE PUBLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM, AND PROVIDING FOR A TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. Said Ordinance has been published in pamphlet form, and copies of said Ordinance as published in pamphlet form are available for inspection and distribution at the Office of the City Clerk in the City.
