NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dorchester, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on December 1, 2023, at the Dorchester Community Building, 605 Washington Ave, Dorchester, Nebraska. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comment prior to the review and consideration of an incentive plan for construction of housing in the municipality targeted to house existing or new workers (the “Incentive Plan”) in the Village of Dorchester, which Incentive Plan would authorize the use of tax increment financing for the construction of workforce housing. The property that is the subject of this Notice and of the public hearing relating to the Incentive Plan is: all the property located within the corporate limits of the Village of Dorchester. All interested parties shall be afforded at the public hearing a reasonable opportunity to express their views regarding the Incentive Plan.
