NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Crete, Nebraska, will hold a hearing on July 27th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall located at 243 East 13th Street, Crete, Nebraska, to hear testimony in favor of and in opposition to and to answer questions in relation to Sign Regulations to amend section 11-802 and create 11-824 of the Crete Municipal Code to amend mural definition and create special exception permits for murals. The Planning Commission will conduct a regular session after the hearing to take action as needed. The agenda for the meeting is on file at the City Clerk’s Office.
