NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Crete, Nebraska, will hold a hearing on May 25th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall located at 243 East 13th Street, Crete, Nebraska, to hear testimony in favor of and in opposition to and to answer questions in relation to the amendment to section 11-306.03 of the Crete Municipal Code. ORDINANCE 2273 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CRETE, NEBRASKA RELATING TO SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS; TO AMEND SECTION 11-306.03 OF THE CRETE MUNICIPAL CODE; TO AMEND ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION PROCEDURE TO INLCUDE LOT COMBINATIONS.
