Any person may file a written comment concerning the appropriateness of the proposed site for its intended purpose. Location: Part of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4, 10-7-4, Saline County, Nebraska, between BNSF Railroad right-of-way and the Easterly drainage way containing 27.189 acres Applicant: Crete Core Ingredients (CCI), 2220 County Rd I, Crete, NE 68333 Nature and Size of Proposed Facility: Solid Waste Compost Site as defined by NDEQ Title 132, containing up to 17 acres. Probable Life of Proposed Facility: 25+ years. Filing Date of Request: August 7, 2018.
