Smith, Attorney at Law, 1240 Ivy Ave., Crete, Ne 68333 (402) 826-5136, does hereby provide the following notice of possible adoption of a minor child: John Doe, real name unknown, Hispanic male, brown hair, brown eyes: You have been identified as the biological father of a child who was born September 3, 2021, and whose biological mother is Maria L. Martin Ramirez. The child was conceived in or about December of 2020 in Crete, Nebraska. The biological mother has consented to the adoption of the minor child and has already placed the child with the proposed adopters pursuant to a Delegable Power of Attorney. Said adoption is pending in the Saline County Court at AD25-06. If you are the biological father, you may (i) deny paternity; (ii) waive any parental rights you may have; (iii) relinquish and consent to the adoption; or (iv) file a Notice of Objection to Adoption and Intent to Obtain Custody, if allowed pursuant to section 43¬104.02. If you wish to deny paternity, waive your parental rights, relinquish and consent, or receive additional information to determine whether you may be the father of the child in question, you must contact Shaylene M.
