NOTICE OF ORGANIZATION OF CRETE BOYS BASEBALL Notice is hereby given that Crete Boys Baseball, a Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation, has been organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, with its initial registered office at 1240 Ivy Ave., P.O. Box 272, Crete, Nebraska. The registered agent is Shaylene M. Smith. The general nature of its business is to engage in the ownership and management of a public benefit corporation focusing on educating and advancing youth skills in the areas of teamwork, athleticism, organizational skills, and constructive methods of enforcing healthy, mature lifestyle choices and it shall be operated exclusively for charitable and education purposes and to do any lawful act concerning any and all lawful business for which a nonprofit corporation may be organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska. The corporation was organized and commenced on December 21, 2022, and it shall be perpetual, unless terminated sooner. The affairs of the company are to be conducted by a Board of Directors to be appointed by the Incorporators, until such time as their successor or successors are selected pursuant to the By-Laws.
