NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR CLAIMS Pursuant to Section 21-2,190 and 21-2,229 of the Nebraska Model Business Corporation Act, notice is hereby given that Articles of Dissolution for Shelby Cattle & Equipment Co., a Nebraska corporation (the "Corporation"), were filed with the Secretary of State of Nebraska on September 9, 2019, thereby dissolving the Corporation as of such date. The terms and conditions of the dissolution of the Corporation are as follows: 1. Articles of Dissolution were filed by the Corporation on September 9, 2019, effective immediately. 2. The Corporation shall continue its existence so long as may be necessary for the sole purpose of winding up its affairs. 3. Gregory S. Hacker, President of the Corporation, shall wind up and liquidate the business and affairs of the Corporation. 4. The Corporation's assets consist of cash and real estate approximately valued at $753,000 and liabilities of approximately $223,000. 5. All persons with claims against the Corporation are hereby requested to send written notice of such claim, including the dollar amount of the claim, the full legal name and address of the claimant and a brief description of the claim to: Shelby Cattle & Equipment Co.
