LEGAL NOTICE: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC AVAILABILITY PUBLIC NOTICE HEARING FOR 5-YEAR ACTION PLAN & ANNUAL PLAN The Crete Housing Authority will hold a Public Hearing on 07/07/2026 at 9:00am at Centennial Terrace Apartments, 1600 Grove Avenue, Crete, NE 68333. The purpose of this hearing is to review and received public comments on the Agency’s proposed 5-Year Action Plan and the FY 2026 Annual Plan. Starting on 05/13/2026 draft copies of both plans will be available for a mandatory 45-day public review period. Citizens may examine the documents in person at our main administrative office located at 1600 Grove Avenue, Crete, NE 68333. Written comments regarding the plans may be submitted via email to creteha@gmail.com or mailed to our main office until 07.06.2026. Verbal comments will be accepted during the hearing.
