Diane Lynn Hall, age 52, of Crete, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025, in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Diane was born Dec. 30, 1972, in Crete, to Wayne and Marilyn Clark. Diane attended Crete High School and graduated with the class of 1991. After graduating, she began working her first job at the Goodrich Dairy store followed by Wheelers Farm store. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, also a member of the Tabor Hall Lodge #74.
She was united in marriage to Wynn Hall at Grace United Methodist Church in Crete May 7, 1994. Together they made their home in Exeter, where they were blessed with two children, Marissa and Brandon, who became the center of her world. Diane dedicated 17 years of her career to Saline Medical Specialties, where she made a lasting impact on the Crete community.
Known for her bright, infectious smile and bubbly personality, she had a gift for making everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her contagious laugh and witty sense of humor brought joy to those around her, and she never met a stranger and had no trouble making friends wherever she went.
Diane is survived by daughter, Marissa Hall of Lincoln; son, Brandon Hall and fiance Leeanna Burton of Manhattan, Kansas; father, Wayne Clark; brother, Dale Clark; and brother, Daryl Clark and spouse Scott Lorenz all of Crete. Diane is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Marilyn Clark; and sister, Debbie Marie.
Diane's kindness, warmth, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life and open house is scheduled Sunday, March 30, from 2 – 5 p.m. at the 1206 in Crete.
