Betty Jean Spousta, age 97, of Kearney, formerly Milligan and Wilber, died on June 30, 2025, in Kearney.
She was born Jan. 21, 1928, in Dorchester, to Frank and Agnes Fritz Sefrna.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Behrends of Diller; son, Larry Spousta and his wife,
Sue of Frederick Maryland; daughter, Karen and her husband Joel Harmon of Kearney; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday July 25, at the United Methodist Church, Milligan, with Rev. Larry Spousta and Pastor Michelle Lessard officiating. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Milligan Volunteer Fire and Rescue.
