NOTICE OF SEIZED PROPERTY Notice hereby given to any person or entity with an ownership interest in property seized from 1229 Main Ave, Crete, NE 68333 on or about May 10, 2021, to wit: two cash devices not in compliance with the Mechanical Amusement Device Tax Act. Such seizure was done pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §77-3003.01. Anyone claiming an ownership interest in said devices shall contact the Nebraska Department of Revenue Charitable Gaming Division at 402-471-6138 by November 1, 2021 and shall be prepared to prove ownership of said device.
